##Description
**Le Nereidi Residence & Conference Center** offers cosy apartments in Padule, the southern end of the island of La Maddalena, in Sardinia. Adjacent to the villa that in the nineteenth century belonged to English aristocrat James Webber, the hotel is 15 minutes from La Maddalena town centre. The white sandy beach of Punta Tegge, surrounded by shallow stretches of coastline shaped by the mistral wind and bathed by a crystal clear water, can be reached with a ten minute walk. Olbia airport is about 42 km away, while the port of Golfo Aranci is about 52 kilometres away.
This resort opened in 2008, is characterised by a modern architecture, very linear, that blends with the surrounding area. It consists of a building arranged over five levels, with the main services and some rooms (see Le Nereidi Hotel) and four residential units, arranged in rows and over three floors, with the apartments. It includes a lobby, a reception with telephone communication for arrivals after 10:00 pm, an elevator, a games room and two conference rooms. There are also a bar, an indoor pool with water heated in May and at room temperature in other months, a Jacuzzi (not included) and a solarium equipped with sun loungers, subject to availability.

Sports fans can enjoy two tennis courts, at an additional cost for night use, and a gym. A bike rental service is also available.

A play area is available for children.

Wi-Fi throughout the resort, an unattended car park and a shuttle service to and from the port (arrival/departure), on request and from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm, are also available for guests. The use of the Internet point is not included in the price, as well as laundry and dryer services.

##Apartments
Le Nereidi Residence has different types of apartments, for a total of 30 apartments, including:
-Studio apartments 2 to 4 people: cosy apartments, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and two foldaway beds;
-Studio apartments 4 people, overlooking the sea (3th Floor): attic apartments, that can be reached via 56 steps;
-One-bedroom apartments 2 to 4 people: comfortable apartments consisting of a living room, a double bedroom and a sofa bed or a bunk bed;
-Two-bedroom apartments 3 to 6 people: spacious and bright apartments, consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and two double bedrooms, including one with a single sofa bed and one with a foldaway bed or a bunk bed.

All apartments have a bathroom with shower and hair-dryer, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, a safe and air conditioning.
Some one-bedroom apartments (3 people) are also specially equipped for people with disabilities.
